What do I need to bring to a Working Bee?

Please bring a hat, work gloves (if you own them, though we may have spares you can borrow), a water bottle, sunscreen, sunglasses, and wear sturdy enclosed non-slip shoes with socks.  If the weather looks poor, please also bring or wear wet weather gear.

 

Can I bring my dog to a Working Bee/the Organ Pipes National Park?

No, dogs are not allowed at National Parks.

 

Can I bring my child(ren) to a Working Bee?

Yes, but all children must be supervised by a parent or guardian at all times.

 

Are there toilets at the National Park?

Yes, there are two toilet locations. Please see the official Park’s Victoria Organ Pipes National Park visitor guide for information on toilet locations and more.
 

How will I be notified if a Working Bee is cancelled?

Working Bees generally go ahead, even in spite of poor weather. In the rare event that a Working Bee is cancelled, there will be notifications sent via email, ParkConnect, Facebook and Instagram.

 

What do I do with my rubbish?

Please take all rubbish home with you for disposal, as there are no bins at the National Park.
